Buy A Filter, Help Save A Life
July 21st, 2010
Beginning August 2nd through October 31, 2010, Koch Filter Corporation and Bedson Reps will launch the "PINK" Filtration Products Crafted with Pride" campaign. For a limited time select sizes of filters will be cased in a "PINK" frame, and also be shipped in "PINK" Susan G. Komen for the Cure boxes.
The "PINK" air filters meet the Koch Green criteria for LEED (Leadership, Engineering, Environmental, Design), reduce energy costs, extend filter life cycles, conserve resources, and improve indoor environmental quality. Koch products are UL Certified Class 1 & 2 Standard 900 and meet ASHRAE Standards.
Koch Filter Corporation has already donated $30,000, and plans to continue to donate more from the sales of the specially designed HVAC Air Filtration products dedicated to the Komen organization in support of its promise to save lives and end breast cancer forever.
"Cancer knows no stranger. Every 68 seconds, somewhere in the world, someone dies from breast cancer. It is the most prevalent cancer among women today. Early detection of breast cancer is critical for women of all ages and we couldn't think of a better way to bring attention to such an important cause by providing consumers a High Efficiency Air Filter that improves the quality of the air they breathe," said David Koch, President of Koch Filter Corporation.
In support of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Bedson Reps will also be donating a percentage of profits from the sales of filters to the organization.
