Micro Air® dust collectors are engineered from the ground up with innovative design, and features that provide what counts most in a dust collector: functionality. From fine dust to coarse particulate, we can help make your plant a cleaner and a more friendly work environment.

Micro Air® dust collectors utilize cartridge filtration and are available in a large range of configurations up to 24 cartridge collector models. All are sized and rated for the proper air-to-cloth ratio to solve a wide variety of applications such as weld smoke, powder dust, grinding dust, paper dust, etc.

Key to our models is a revolutionary new cleaning system called Roto-PulseT. This is an on line system that continually cleansthe filters with a revolving, compressed air driven, tube. As air enters the tube, the force of the pulse causes the tube to rotate. While spinning, air exits the pre-drilled holes in the tube. The result is that air hits the entire inside of the cartridge, pulsing dirt particles away from the filter for a much more efficient cleaning cycle.

Wet Collectors

Baghouse Collectors

Size: 500 - 25,000 CFM

Baghouse Collectors are for filtering fine dust that may pass through cyclone collectors or other primary dust collection devices. These filters permit recirculation of cleaned air where allowed for non-toxic applications. They are available open for indoors, or enclosed for outdoor locations. Motor powered filter shakers are standard on the FT64, FT164, FT88, and FT188 series units, and optional to replace the standard manual shakers on all other sizes.

Cyclone Collectors

Dustkop Cyclones
CFM: 350 - 30,000

Dustkop high efficiency cyclone collectors for all but the most abrasive materials have been serving industry throughout the US and Canada for over 40 years. Dust storage can be in an attached bin, 55 gallon drums or hoppers up to six cubic yard capacity. Suitable stands are available. Pull-through units are also recommended for abrasive applications and protective linings are options on both styles.
